3.1 We provide carpet cleaning and related services as advertised. While we take care to deliver professional results, we make no guarantee that any service will completely remove all stains, odours, wear, or defects.

4. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Customers must ensure safe and unobstructed access to the property and inform us of any pre-existing damage, stains, or risks before cleaning.

4.2 Customers must remove fragile or valuable items from areas to be cleaned.

5. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

5.1 All services and materials are provided on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, including but not limited to fitness for purpose, quality of results, or the removal of all stains and odours.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Total Carpet Cleaning accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss, damage, or costs arising from the use of our services or website. This includes but is not limited to shrinkage, colour change, wear, pre-existing damage becoming more visible, or business interruption.

6.2 Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it is strictly limited to the lesser of the cost of re-supplying the service or the amount paid for that service.

7. PAYMENT

7.1 Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We reserve the right to charge interest and recovery costs on overdue accounts.

8. CANCELLATIONS

8.1 Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a call-out fee at our discretion.

9. WEBSITE CONTENT

9.1 The information on our website may include technical or typographical errors. We make no commitment to update the materials and accept no liability for accuracy or reliability.
